At Colonial Confections, LLC, we take great care to ensure your confections arrive fresh and in perfect condition. Please review our shipping policies below to understand how we process and handle your orders.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons (e.g., holidays), processing may take a bit longer. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships. We ship Priority Mail so you should receive your confections within 1-3 business days.
No returns on perishables.
During warm weather, we include insulated packaging and ice packs to ensure your toffee stays fresh, which may incur additional charges.
Delivery Estimates
Colonial Confections, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or weather related catastrophes, but we are here to help if any issues arise.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we ship only within the United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at Colonialconfections24@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged product, if applicable. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Upon agreeing with the content of Terms, Conditions, Shipping and Refund Policies, you may proceed to the shopping cart. However, if you do not find these terms acceptable, you are under no obligation to continue using this site and can Empty your shopping cart.
